INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ parts Kleos
  • 1 part Hendricks Gin
  • ½ part Caper Juice 
  • ½ part Foro Dry Vermouth Di Torino 
  • 2 slices cucumber 
  • 4 small heirloom or cherry tomatoes – 2 for garnish
  • 2 sprigs fresh oregano – 1 for garnish 
  • 1 pitted kalamata olive – garnish 
  • 2 small cubes of feta -garnish

METHOD

  • Muddle cucumber, two tomatoes, 1 sprig of oregano in a shaker tin
  • Add liquid ingredients and ice 
  • Shake and double strain into a coupe or martini glass
  • Garnish with a skewer of heirloom or cherry tomato, feta ,kalamata olive and oregano sprig
