  • 1 part Kleos
  • 1 part Stray Dog Gin 
  • ½ part Luxardo Bitter Bianco 
  • ½ part Foro Dry Vermouth Di Torino 
  • 2 dashes grapefruit bitters 
  • 1 sprig of sage – garnish

METHOD

  • Combine liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice 
  • Stir until chilled and strain into a rocks glass 
  • Garnish with a sprig of sage
