INGREDIENTS

  • 2 parts KLEOS Mastiha Spirit
  • 1⁄2 part fresh lemon juice
  • 4 shiso leaves

METHOD

  • Shake all ingredients vigorously.
  • Strain over fresh crushed ice in a highball.
  • Garnish with a lemon twist and shiso leaf.
This drink’s got the style and grace! Shiso leaves are quickly becoming an ingredient of choice for many bartenders. This version of a mojito is a great way to experiment with the Japanese herb and see how it plays with KLEOS Mastiha Spirit, and all without the excess sugar normally associated with a mojito.
