1 part Kastra Elion Vodka
1 part Stray Dog Gin
Bar Spoon Olive brine

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
Garnish with a an olive and piece of feta.
