INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ parts Kleos 
  • ¾ part Amaro Montenegro 
  • ½ part Giffard Creme de Peche 
  • 1 bar spoon fig jam 
  • ¼ part lemon juice 
  • 2-3 parts club soda
  • 1 Tahitian Vanilla Bean – garnish 
  • 1 Star Anise – garnish

METHOD

  • Combine liquid ingredients except soda in a shaker with ice.
  • Shake and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
  • Top with club soda and garnish with vanilla bean and Star Anise.
