2 parts KLEOS Mastiha Spirit
1⁄2 part fresh lemon juice
4 basil leaves
METHOD
Shake all ingredients vigorously.
Strain over fresh crushed ice in a highball.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and basil leaf.
