INGREDIENTS

  • 2 parts Kleos
  • 3/4 part Big Nose Kate Whiskey 
  • 2 parts Chai tea – cooled 
  • 1/2 part pumpkin syrup 
  • Apple Slice – garnish ( pink pearl apple)
  • Rosemary sprig – garnish 
  • Pinch of nutmeg – garnish 

METHOD

  • Combine liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice 
  • Shake until chilled and strain over fresh ice into a large rocks glass
  • Garnish with apple slice, rosemary sprig and pinch of nutmeg

 

Pumpkin syrup recipe -below

1 cup water 

1 cup brown sugar 

3/4 cup pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin 

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 

Add ingredients to a small pot and whisk or quickly stir. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh strainer to strain out pulp. 

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze in ice cube trays if you have extra to last longer.
